These terms apply to your use of WatchFilms (watchfilms.sbs). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

WatchFilms is a free information service for discovering movies and TV shows and finding legal ways to watch them. It does not host, stream or distribute video, and it does not sell subscriptions, rentals or purchases. Any transaction you make happens on a third-party service under that service’s own terms.

2. Third-party data

Title information, images and scores come from The Movie Database (TMDB); streaming availability comes from JustWatch via TMDB. This website uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB. This information is provided “as is” and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Availability, prices and release dates change frequently. Always confirm details with the service before relying on them or paying for anything.

3. Intellectual property

Movie and TV titles, posters, images, logos and trailers belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and information. Streaming service names and logos are trademarks of their owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement of WatchFilms. The WatchFilms name, logo, design and original text are protected and may not be copied without permission, except for brief quotation with attribution.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it;
  • attempt to access non-public areas, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with the site’s operation;
  • use the site for any unlawful purpose, including infringing copyright;
  • misrepresent your identity when contacting WatchFilms.

5. External links

WatchFilms links to streaming services, TMDB, JustWatch, YouTube and other websites. WatchFilms does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, prices or privacy practices. A “Watch Now” link means only that the destination was verified as the title’s official page on a legitimate service listed for the selected country at the time the data was retrieved.

6. Rights holders

WatchFilms does not host copyrighted video. If you believe any text or image on the site infringes your rights, please use the channel on the Contact page and identify the page and the material concerned. Images supplied by TMDB can also be reported to TMDB directly.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. WatchFilms is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including purchases or subscriptions made on third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes and availability

WatchFilms may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its “Last updated” date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
